This is why our CEO, Audrey, chose the name 'Regard Libations', The word “regard” embodies how we approach every client and event - with outstanding service and unparalleled attention to detail while the word "libations" nods to a bright, infectious, and celebratory mood.

Hospitality has been a constant in Audrey’s life. Every event or meal with her family, big or small, feels like a five-star experience thanks to her mother, a hospitality professional and the embodiment of a “hostess with the mostess.” Audrey caught the bug and strives to make every client and their guests feel they’re the only person in the room.
Audrey started working in food and beverage at fourteen. Hostessing and “baristaing” turned into serving, then managing, then bartending, which eventually led to writing cocktail menus and running bar programs before twenty-five, all as a side hustle.
After a trying 2020, some of Audrey’s old bar regulars, friends, and family asked her to bartend their small get-togethers while bars and restaurants remained closed due to COVID-19. Audrey chose to embrace this unique opportunity, and in early 2021, she brought together her love for hospitality, cocktails, and entrepreneurial spirit to start Regard Libations.
When Audrey is not CEOing or bartending your next party, you can find her walking her two dogs with her fiancé Kailyn, supporting other female entrepreneurs, bourbon hunting, hiking, or hopping on an airplane to explore a new city.
Audrey is grateful for each and every one of Regard Libation’s clients and events, and she is excited to see how Regard Libations continues to grow and elevate many events to come.
Jess started her long journey into hospitality at a very young age, working at a “snack shack” during her summers on the beach in Cape Cod, Massachusetts at thirteen. While her family enjoyed the beach, she loved meeting all the locals and tourists, serving up smoothies and ice cream cones every summer.
After high school, Jess went to Flagler College in St. Augustine and immediately fell in love with the downtown service industry; first waiting tables, then moving into management and bartending.
She did this for over 13 years, finishing her St. Augustine career at Odd Birds Bar, where she graduated in BarSmarts and began getting interested in Cocktail Competitions, then working on the promotional side of opening City Gates Distillery and capping off her time in St. Augustine as the Beverage Director of The St. Augustine Tonight Show.
After moving to Jacksonville, Jess took some time off from the career she loves to start a family with the woman she loves. A couple of years later, she met Audrey, CEO of Regard Libations, and bought into Audrey’s vision wholeheartedly.
In her spare time, you can catch Jess with her fiance Jesse, their son Ryder, and their dog Bowie on many adventures.
